Dom Bautista:
Cheryl Stephens has been my business advisor since 1995. In 1999 she helped me to reconceive my group of related businesses into a new
entity for the new millenium. She wrote a business plan for me that will continue to be the basis for our future plans. We took a print shop with a primarily legal clientele and turned it into a law firm service agency. We expanded it with a new legal
bookstore and a lawyers gift gallery.
At her suggestion, we focused our resources into developing the strengths of this new entity.
Cheryl's grasp of the legal profession, its needs, and its psychology were key to these developments and she was an integral part of
our successful repositioning in the marketplace.
Cheryl continues to offer priceless advice and assistance. As a communicator and facilitator and a person,
Cheryl is the greatest. I highly recommend Cheryl Stephens as a consultant, advisor, and coach.

M.E.G. Richeson Horn:
As a project consultant and later as a personal advisor, Cheryl has provided me with a role model as
well as a guide in my own skill development, for example in my writing skills. She is objective and able to assess my abilities while supporting the changes that are occurring in my life. I have found Cheryl to be an accomplished listener who is both intuitive and analytic. I particularly appreciate her sense of humor and whimsy.
As I live at some distance, in recent years Cheryl has coached me in person at annual or semi-annual meetings and between times by email or phone. Her grasp of my change issues has made her input very valuable as I have gone through a transition in employment and in geographic location.
Cheryl understands the particular challenges faced by women in the professions but her astute suggestions show an understanding of the modern multicultural workplace as well.

Ann Halkett, BC Association of Legal Assistants
November 19, 2002
In October 2002 the BC Association of Legal Assistants held a joint dinner meeting with the
Canadian Association of Paralegals at which Ms. Stephens was the featured speaker.
Ms. Stephens applied her training and experience to convey how important it is for busy individuals
to have a balanced life. She walked participants through a useful exercise, which enabled them to understand, among other things, their needs, desires, the value of their life and work. I was very impressed with Ms. Stephens' talk and would be happy to recommend her as a speaker to any group that would like to increase the participation or productivity of its members or employees.
